1. Brand & Craftsmanship Disclaimer

Retro Fashion specializes in authentic Salem handloom and handcrafted sarees. Due to the nature of traditional weaving:

• Minor variations in color, weave, texture, and design are natural
• These variations highlight the uniqueness of handcrafted products and are not considered defects

2. Product Representation

• Product images are for reference purposes only
• Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution
• Descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and craftsmanship standards

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR unless specified otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout
• Payments must be completed in full before order processing

4. Order Acceptance

• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, technical errors, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Retro Fashion. Unauthorized reproduction or usage is strictly prohibited.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Retro Fashion’s website and services. By visiting or purchasing, you agree to them.

1) Definitions

“We/Us”: Retro Fashion
“You/Customer”: user or buyer of products/services on our site
“Products”: sarees and related items sold by Retro Fashion

2) Eligibility & Account

You must be legally competent to contract. Keep your account credentials confidential; activities under your account are your responsibility.

3) Products, pricing & taxes

• We strive for accurate descriptions and pricing; typographical errors may occur. We may cancel orders affected by errors, with a full refund.
• Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout.
• Minor color/texture variations can occur due to lighting and screens; they do not qualify as defects.

4) Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject (stock, payment verification, address issues). On acceptance, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

5) Payments

Payments are processed via secure gateways (cards/UPI/net-banking/COD where available). For COD, limits and verification may apply.

6) Shipping & delivery

• Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary by pin code.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery. Delays due to courier, weather, or local restrictions are beyond our control but we’ll assist you.

7) Returns, refunds & exchanges

Handled as per our Refund & Returns Policy (part of these Terms).

8) Promotions, coupons & gift cards

Subject to specific terms, validity periods, and usage limits. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

9) User content & reviews

By posting reviews/photos, you grant Retro Fashion a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for marketing and display. You are responsible for content legality and accuracy.

10) Intellectual property

All logos, photos, text, graphics, and designs are owned by or licensed to Retro Fashion. Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

11) Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (malware, scraping, infringing content, fraudulent orders). We may suspend access for violations.

12) Third-party links

External websites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13) Disclaimer

Services and products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

14) Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Retro Fashion harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

16) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, or resolved by arbitration seated in Salem, conducted in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Shipping Policy

Retro Fashion ensures careful handling and timely delivery of every saree, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We ship across India
• International shipping is available for select destinations

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
• Bulk or custom orders may require additional processing time

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Domestic orders: 5–10 business days
• International orders: Delivery time varies based on destination and customs clearance

4. Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on location and order value
• Promotional free shipping may apply during offers

5. Delays

Retro Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Courier partner issues
• Customs or government regulations

Returns & Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we carefully inspect every product before dispatch.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• A return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
• The product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

In case of a damaged product, a clear video proof must be recorded and sent to our WhatsApp number to initiate the refund request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order sarees
• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed only after inspection
• Approved refunds are completed within 7–14 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be allowed based on availability and approval.

Cancellation Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Timeline

• Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Retro Fashion’s Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Inventory constraints
• Payment failure
• Technical or pricing errors
