Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
A return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
Customized or made-to-order sarees
Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
Refunds are processed only after inspection
Approved refunds are completed within 7–14 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Exchanges may be allowed based on availability and approval.
